According to the organization's policy and in order to satisfy the customers, meetings, committees, and visits are planned.
Weekly meetings:
Meetings on qualitative issues, rework and repair instructions, and replaced components (auto seat frame) are held on a weekly basis at Sapco with the representatives of suppliers, Sapco experts, and the after sales service representative of Sapco (Isaco).
Committee meetings:
Committee meetings are held under the management of Sapco in a periodic or case-specific (dissatisfaction or customer complaints) in after-sales service centers (dealers) throughout the country. These meetings are conducted in order to check and replace the defective units.
Visiting the central warehouse:
Central warehouses visits are performed at least once a month by suppliers’ representatives to investigate quality problems and defective auto seat frames, and determine the actions needed.
